The Madras High Court has passed a sensational verdict on Tamil superstar Vijay's luxury car tax. Vijay imported an expensive Rolls Royce car from England in 2012. The import duty has already been paid to the Customs Department for that car. However, at that time, the authorities rejected his request in a letter to the Chennai Assistant Commissioner asking for an exemption in the matter of entry tax.
